كريم كراميل


 المقادير
 
5 بيضات 
 
4 أكواب لبن 
 
2/1 كوب سكر 
 
1 ملعقة فانيليا 



 طريقه التحضير
 
1-يوضع اللبن فى اناء على النار حتى يصبح دافئ ثم يحلى بملعقتين من السكر.
 
2-ثم يضاف البيض مع الفانيليا ويخلط بمضرب كهربائى.
 
3-يوضع المتبقى من السكر فى اناء على الناء ويقلب حتى يصبح بنى اللون.
 
4-تحضر قوالب الفرن ،ثم توضع ملعقة من السكر كل قالب.
 
5-توضع ماء فى صنية وتترك حتى الغليان ثم توضع قوالب الكريم كرامل وتترك لمدة 10 دقائق حتى تتماسك قليلا.
 
6-ثم توضع الصنية فى الفرن لمدة 30 دقيقة حتى ينضج.
 
7-يقلب الكريم كرامل فى طبق التقديم.

طريقـــة عمــل شــاورما الفــراخ سهــله وبسيطه

الكمية تكفي : 4 أفــــــــراد

وقت الطهي : 20 دقيقة


المقادير: المقادير: 1/2 كيلوصدور فراخ مخلية

1/2 حزمةبقدونس

1/4 كوب خل

1 كوب زبادى

1 ملعقةفلفل اسود صغيرة 1 ملعقةكمون كبيرة 1 ملعقةشطة صغيرة

4 ثمرات ليمون 3بصل و 2 فلفل رومى 2 ثمرة طماطم

4 ملاعق زيت زيتون كبيرة

التحضير: يوضع عصير الليمون مع الزبادى مع الخل مع بصلة مع الطماطم مع البهارات فى الخلاط

ويضرب جيدا ثم يصفي ويتبل بة صدور الفراخ المقطعة مع اضافة الخل وعصير الليمون القرفة زيت

الزيتون وتترك لمدة ساعتين على الاقل فى الثلاجةالطبخ: -توضع طاسة طاسة على النار وتسخن

على النار وتسخن جيدا ويوضع بها قليل من الزيت الذرة وتشوح فيها هذة الكمية على اربع مرات

حتى يجف ماؤها,ثم تقطع شرائح , يقطع الفلفل والبصل والطماطم والبقدونس وتوضع فى الاخر

ثم تحضيرها داخل الساندويتش او فى الاطباق.

Baked Brie




Looking for a last minute New Year's appetizer? From the recipe archive.

Brie wrapped in pastry and baked until it has thoroughly melted inside is one of the world's easiest yet tastiest appetizers. In this recipe the brie is topped with raspberry jam, surrounded with pastry and drizzled with maple syrup.

Baked Brie Recipe


Can be prepared in 30 minutes or less.

Ingredients
1 large sheet of puff pastry dough or 1 tube of refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 round or wedge of Brie cheese (do not remove rind)
Raspberry Jam, or other sweet jam
Brown sugar
1/4 cup of maple syrup

Method

1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2 On a stick-free cookie sheet, lay out the puff pastry or the crescent rolls flat; put brie round or wedge on top.

2 Spread jam on brie, fold dough over top, cutting off excess dough. Drizzle maple syrup and place a handful of brown sugar on top.

3 Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes, pastry should be golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Serve with crackers and apple slices.
